About the Offering

Slow Sundays is an 18-week series created for those who want to move more slowly, live with greater intention, and stay connected to their bodies through the darker months of the year. Each week includes a live Sunday practice with a recorded replay available afterward. Practices are gentle, steady, and repeatable, offering clear pacing and space to pause. You’re welcome to attend live or return to the recording in your own time. You’ll also receive simple notes and prompts aligned with the week’s theme—small invitations to carry into your personal practice. Participation is flexible — camera on or off — with room to rest, modify, or step away as needed. The focus is on consistency, attention, and care over time. The practice is designed to be returned to, not completed.

Build Steadiness

Move through slow, intentional sequences that support strength and balance without rushing or strain. Practices emphasize listening to your body and responding with care.

Find Ease

Each class includes time to pause, breathe, and settle. The focus is not on effort, but on creating space for ease — even when life feels full.

Practice Awareness

Slow Sundays supports an ongoing practice of noticing — how your body feels, what it needs, and when it’s time to rest. There’s no expectation to perform or progress.

Meet Your Instructor, Sara

Sara is a yoga teacher whose work centers on depth, discernment, and long-term practice. She teaches from years of close, hands-on experience with bodies and people, and from a belief that meaningful change happens when care is precise, patient, and well-timed. In addition to leading classes, Sara mentors teachers and practitioners seeking to refine their own practices, deepen their understanding, and develop a more thoughtful relationship with teaching itself. Her work emphasizes listening, responsiveness, and integrity over performance or intensity. Slow Sundays is an opportunity to practice with Sara in a simple, steady format — one that reflects the foundation of how she teaches and works. You’re welcome to participate quietly, rest when needed, and engage in a way that feels right for you. Many students come to Slow Sundays simply to practice; others find it becomes an entry point into deeper study and mentorship.
