About the Program

You do not need another plan to follow perfectly. You need a way to bring nourishment into the life you actually live. Ten Thousand Things is a nutrition program. Not a prescribed meal plan, a reset, or a 30-day challenge. We built this program out of the work we do every day, in our clinic and our fitness space. Food is practical, but it is also personal. What we eat is woven into our routines, our relationships, the things we enjoy, and the ways we have learned to care for ourselves. Our approach brings Chinese medicine and conventional nutrition into conversation. We work with a clear foundation while making room to understand the person practicing it. What is familiar? What is difficult? What is already working? What needs support? The program introduces the work in pieces. You practice those pieces, notice what happens, and gradually bring them together. We return to the basics because understanding something once is not the same as finding a place for it in your life. The goal is not to make every meal an exercise in getting it right. It is to develop a system that nourishes you, makes room for enjoyment, and supports choices you can repeat.

Learning, Practice, and Support

The lessons share more than instructions. They help you understand what you are practicing and why. Resource sheets, highlights, and quick guides offer reminders you can return to along the way. This is not intended to be a check-the-box program. The assignments give you an opportunity to put the lessons into practice, notice your own patterns, and bring forward what is working, what is difficult, and what you are curious about. To get the most out of the program, we encourage you to complete and submit each assignment. After reviewing your submission, we will record personalized, targeted feedback to help you identify where to focus and what to carry into the next lesson, so you can make real, lasting change. You bring your practice, questions, and observations. We help you make sense of them and find your next step. You do not have to figure it all out on your own.
